After 15 years of planning, the city of Hilchenbach will celebrate the official opening of the new cultural, sports, and leisure center "KMD" on May 10. Visitors can look forward to a diverse program including guided tours, theater performances, a DJ party, and family-friendly activities. The modern building complex brings together a cinema, theater, swimming pool, youth center, event spaces, and gastronomy – all in one place. The center is designed to serve as a “third place,” bringing people of all ages together. Admission to the opening celebration is free of charge.
