In our current project for Achenbach-Buschhütten, the design phases 5 and 6 are currently being carried out.
For the 'Achenbach Cubus' project, the demolition and interior work are in full swing.
Excavation of the construction pit has begun. The tender for structural work has been submitted, and the tender for facade work is about to be published. The advance work in the existing interim solution is almost complete.
The demolition work for the 'New Construction of the Bürgerforum Kreuztal' project has been completed. Next, the construction of a retaining wall in the basement will take place as soon as suitable bids for the execution are available.
The pouring of the floor slab and the construction of the walls in the social area are nearly complete. The structural work will begin within the next two weeks.
The shell construction is continuing to take shape. The sealing work on the roof is nearing completion. The installation of the windows is coming up soon.
The 'Sportpark Wedau' project is continuing to take shape. Currently, expansion work, façade work, steel construction work, and remaining roof sealing are being carried out. Completion is expected in August/September.
The tendering work for the shell construction has been completed. Next, suitable bids will be selected.
The renovation of the 3rd and 4th floors is nearing completion. The construction project on the 3rd floor is finished. The completion of the 4th floor is imminent.
The completion of the 'Fire Station Wetzlar' project is scheduled for this year. Painting and flooring work are currently taking place. The construction is expected to be completed in May.
