In Gelsenkirchen, foundation work for the expansion of the HKL is underway, during which well foundations have been created. The foundation beams are currently being manufactured, onto which the concrete slab will then be poured.

With the building inspection from Olpe, the early commissioning of 4 out of 5 floors of the Martinushöfe Olpe - Phase 2, has been completed. Only on the ground floor, due to a change in usage during the construction phase, there is still hammering and drilling. We thank all project participants for the successful and constructive collaboration.
The structural construction works in Meerbusch have been completed, allowing the topping-out ceremony to take place on July 27, 2023. The start of the interior work for various trades is underway and will now be carried out extensively.

The Jung + Theuergarten Engineering Company mbH has been commissioned by the Football Association Rheinland e.V. with the tendering, awarding, and construction supervision for the new construction of a training and dining facility. The construction project will be implemented at the Sportschule Wedau in Duisburg starting in autumn 2023. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the trust placed in us.
The dismantling of the old fire station and the surrounding residential buildings is completed. Ordnance exploration work has commenced on the prepared construction site. The planned start for the drilled pile works is October 2023
Next year, the cultural marketplace in Dahlbruch will be inaugurated. The freshly poured ceiling encompasses the section called the 'House of Everyday Culture,' which will be completed in autumn. Elevators to the theater, cinema, and swimming pool are located here. The new sports hall occupies the spot of the old one, featuring an exceptional roof structure allowing natural light and ceiling heaters for temperature control. The event hall, accommodating up to 200 people, is part of the upcoming construction phases

The structural work has been completed and the carpenter was able to "straighten" last week.
In Meerbusch, work continued even during the days in between. By now, the floor slab has been cast, and the first walls are being erected and concreted.
The renovation of the adjacent existing building as an expansion of the psychiatric clinic at St. Vinzenz Hospital has been completed and opened.
